What we do not collect
We never see or store your full credit card details. Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider, and your card information goes to them, not to us.
Why we collect it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to answer your questions, and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who else is involved
Running an online shop means some trusted services handle information on our behalf:
- Our website runs on BigCommerce, which stores order and account information securely.
- Google Analytics tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they look at.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors move around the site, including where they scroll and click, so we can find and fix problems.
- Our payment provider processes card payments.
- Australia Post and other carriers receive your delivery address so they can deliver your order.
